As this item is made from reclaimed wood it will show signs of it's previous life. This may include nail holes, cuts, dents and so on all of which adds to the unique beauty of your product.
Also, no two pieces will be the same. Although the design will be the same, the width and thickness of the slats and positions of the nails/screw will vary slightly.
